Dr. Bruce Bruskoff

Dr. Bruce Bruskoff received his Doctorate from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and a Member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association, the Philadelphia County Podiatric Medical Society and the American College of Sports Medicine.

Dr. Bruskoff is Chief of Podiatric Surgery at Jeanes Hospital.

Dr. Jack Rubinlicht

After attending Saint Joseph’s University, Dr. Jack Rubinlicht proudly served in the Marine Corp. Dr. Rubinlicht received his Doctorate from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine.

He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and American Professional Wound Care Association, Diplomate American Board of Quality Assurance & Utilization Review Physicians and American Academy of Wound Management, and Member of the Diplomate International College of Laser Surgery. Dr. Rubinlicht completed the Hyperbaric Medicine and Problem Wound Management course allowing him to practice in Wound Care Centers and supervise Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatments.

Dr. Jack Rubinlicht is a member of the Philadelphia County Podiatric Medical Society where he has served as the treasurer, Vice President and President of the St. Mary and Reading hospitals.

Dr. Rubinlicht is Subsection Chief of Podiatric Medicine at Nazareth Hospital and is on the Staff at Jeanes and Aria Hospitals. Additionally, he has sat on the Pennsylvania Podiatry Licensure Board and currently serves as a Blue Shield and Medicare Consultants. He also served as a Board Member, Quality Assurance Board US Healthcare and HMO/NJ. Additionally he served as a Corporate Board Member to Pennsylvania Blue Shield. Dr. Rubinlicht did serve on the Credentials Committee at both Nazareth and Elkins Park Hospitals. He serves as a consultant to the Department of Justice & Medicine.

Dr. Rubinlicht is married and has two married daughters, a married son and five grandchildren.

Dr. Howard Goldhammer

Dr. Howard D. Goldhammer received his Doctorate from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is a Member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association, and the Montgomery County Podiatric Medical Society. Dr. Goldhammer is on the Surgical Staff at Nazareth and Abington Hospitals.

Additionally, Dr. Goldhammer has held adjunct faculty positions at the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine and at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine.

Dr. Nafisa Hasan

Dr. Nafisa Hasan completed her undergraduate degree at University of Maryland and graduated from Temple University’s College of Podiatric Medicine in 2011. She completed her three year residency in foot and ankle surgery at Hahnemann University Hospital in June, 2014.

Dr. Hasan has extensive experience in all aspects of foot and ankle care, including total ankle replacements, ankle fusion, foot and ankle arthroscopy, Charcot reconstruction, foot and ankle trauma, advanced wound care techniques, diabetic limb salvage, routine palliative care, and more. Dr. Hasan joined Pennsylvania Foot & Ankle Associates in July 2014.
 
 
 

Dr. Leona Velicov

Dr. Leona Subiel Velicov received her doctorate from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine and then completed a two year residency in St. Luke’s/Children’s Hospital in Philadelphia. She is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association and the Philadelphia Podiatric Medical Society.

Dr. Velicov treats patients for our practice at skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities and long term care facilities.

Dr. Priscilla Howie

Dr. Pricilla Z. Howie was born and raised in Zimbabwe, Africa. She moved the United States in order to attend Lee University in Tennessee where she received her Bachelor's degree in Biology. She then obtained her Podiatric medical degree at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. she also completed a 4-year foot and ankle surgical residency training at the fast-paced Level 1 trauma center Temple University Hospital. Here she was exposed to a diverse array of Podiatric care.

Dr. Howie has substantial surgical and clinical training in all conditions that may arise in the foot and ankle, including trauma, infections, Charcot Foot, arthroscopy, advanced wound care, diabetic limb salvage, and at risk palliative foot care. She has experience and enjoys interacting with all age groups.

Dr. Howie works closely with infectious disease, vascular surgeons, and hyperbaric oxygen centers in order to meet the needs that may arise in her patient's care.

Dr. Howie is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association.

She currently has surgical privileges at Jeanes Hospital and Surgical Institute of Reading.

Dr. Howie is married with 3 children and enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, cooking and watching HGTV!
